Folk art has been an evocative form of expression in the multicultural Indian context. The aesthetic value of traditional wall paintings have a renewed purpose today. We have been working extensively in popularising some of the local art forms like Sohrai painting of Jharkhand, Bengali art, Saura paintings of Orissa, Madhubani paintings of Bihar and so on. We are a team of twenty five to thirty people and our forte lies in showcasing traditional as well as theme-based wall paintings. Fabric designing including paintings on saree, suit pieces; canvas painting, dokra art, handicrafts have also been a part of our specialisation. Apart from taking up contract based work, our team has also been long associated with JHARCRAFT and has actively executed several exhibitions all over the state and beyond.
Painting is a blind man's profession. He paints not what he sees, but what he feels, what he tells himself about what he has seen.
